Attorney advised the Commission that any money received by the County for the Opioid settlement can be used toj purchase opioids forthe The Manager: The County Manager advised the Commissioners that Mrs. Wanda Place would like toi talk tot the Commission about expanding the Cemetery andj provide the County Mrs. Place advised that her Board would like tol knowi if they are underneath the umbrella of the Board of Commission or are they their own committee under their own 501C-3. She also would like tol know what is expected from the members ofl her committee. Mrs. Place asked since there is a number ati the cemetery saying to calll before you dig a grave, does anyone ever call and ask for permission to dig a grave?. And ifs so, who gives permission to the people to create: new grave lots? She would like to. know ifa anyone is keeping ai record oft the people being buried ini the cemetery and their location. There was a: survey done on the cemetery locating the available burial plots! years ago, but she does not know where the survey: is and the company that conducted the survey does not have a copy because once the: survey was completed, theys gave the information to the County Manager at the time. She stated they need to closet the cemetery ambulance service. with any updates. for all burials until they can get another survey ofi the ground. Zoning Procedure Law 2nd Reading: Commissioner Frost made a motion to approve the Zoning Procedure! Law. Seconded by Commissioner Hoyte. The vote was unanimous. Water Consumer. Agreement: The County. Attorney. has reviewed the agreement and presented the Commission with ai revised packet. He stated that he thinks the Commission should look into the security deposits amount to ensure the county will not have a negative impact. Commissioner Hoyte made a motion to table the agreement until the next Work Session. Seconded by Chairman Coffey. The vote was unanimous.
