The Council of the City of Creola, Alabama, met in the Creola City Hall at 12:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Mayor William Criswell. We were led in prayer by Jerry Presnall. Roll call was taken by Brandy Davis. Present at the meeting was Lee Anne Greene, Tonya Moss, Harold Martin, Kendal Hadaway, Avis Walker, Mayor William Criswell, Brandy Davis, City Opening of Provisional Votes, if any = Mrs. Davis stated that there was one provisional vote  The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Bill Criswell. Cody Chambless received the first most and second most votes casts went to David Moss putting this office in a runoff. Therefore, a runoff election between remaining candidates will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. Mrs. Greene made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Ms. Moss seconded the motion.
