Howel! MAGISTRATES Linda Hoiles Christie Bryant  Minutes of the City of Creola Special Council Meeting  Wednesday, November 4, 2020  Creola City Hall Meeting 5:00 P.M.  The Council of the City of Creola, Alabama, met in the Creola City Hall at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tempore, Mark Howell. We were led in prayer by John White. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Pro Tempore, Mark Howell. Roll call was taken by Brandy Davis. Present at the meeting was Cody Chambless, Wendy Lynch, Harold Parmer, Mayor Pro Tempore Mark Howell, Marcy Brown, Administrative Assistant and Brandy Davis, City Clerk. Mayor Nelson and Kendal Hadaway were both absent.  Ac quorum was in attendance. Item #5 -Approval of the Minutes-  a. The minutes of the November 2, 2020, organizational meeting were reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Chambless to accept the minutes, noting a change and correction. The motion was seconded by Mr. Parmer. All in favor and the motion was carried.  Item #6- Resolution 2020-12-  a. Resolution 2020-012, opening a line of credit, with United Bank, for $350,000.00 was discussed. Mr. Palmer made a motion to approve Resolution 2020-012. Mr. Chambless  seconded the motion. Roll Call:  Mr. Chambless- Yes, Mrs. Lynch- Yes, Mr. Parmer- Yes, Mr. Howell- Yes. All in favor and  the motion was carried.
