COTRA MIS Dale County Commission Commission Meeting Minutes - March 10, 2020 The Dale County Commission convened in a regular session Tuesday, March 10, 2020. The following members were present: Chairman Mark Blankenship; District One Commissioner Chris Carroll; District Two Commissioner Steve McKinnon; District Three Commissioner Charles W. Gary and District; and Four Commissioner Frankie Wilson. Chairman Blankenship called the meeting to order at 10:30am. Commissioner Wilson opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Commissioner Gary followed with prayer. APPROVED = AGENDA Commissioner McKinnon made a motion to approve the agenda. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. APPROVED - MEMORANDUM OF WARRANTS Accounts Payable Check Numbers 86042-86300. Payroll Check Numbers: 154659-154661. Direct Deposit Check Numbers: 33874-34015. Dale County Commission Commission Meeting Minutes March 10,2020 Page3of3 APPROVED = FINANCING AND PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT - ROAD & BRIDGE Commissioner McKinnon made a motion to approve the financing of $250,000 towards the purchase of two (2) Kenworth dump trucks and to approve this financing with Synovus Bank at 2.74% fixed interest rate for 60 months. See Exhibit 1. Another Kenworth dump truck will be purchased using funds from Fund 111-Gas Tax. The purchase of all three (3) Kenworth Dump Trucks was originally approved by the Commissioner Carroll seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. Commission on 01/28/20. APPROVED = NAPIER FIELD WORK REQUEST - ROAD & BRIDGE Commissioner Gary made a motion to approve the work done by Road & Bridge department for the Napier Field Landfill- racking piles of dirt. The cost of $550.00 will Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. be paid 100% by the Town of Napier Field. APPROVED - COTTAGE PLACE SUBDIVISION PLAT - ROAD & BRIDGE Commissioner Gary made a motion to approve the Cottage Place Subdivision Plot on Commissioner McKinnon seconded the motion, all voted aye.
