BOOK 027 PAGE 604  BARBOUR COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING  January 2, 2019 3:00 pm  SUSIE CVECHKO COMMISSION PRESIDENT, TIM MCDANIEL COMMISSIONER, JAMIE CARPENTER COMMISSIONER, CONNIE KAUFMAN COUNTY CLERK, SHANA FREY ADMINISTRATOR Tim McDaniel called the meeting to order and welcomed Jamie Carpenter as the newly elected Election of the 2019 President was held. On a motion by Tim McDaniel and seconded by. Jamie Susie Cvechko asked for a vote to allow commissioners to attend meetings via teleconference, ifneeded. On a motion by Tim McDaniel and seconded by Susie Cvechko, teleconferencing was The Park and Recreation board submitted the "Request for Use of Building or Grounds" Application for the Barbour County Fairgrounds. Discussions were held. It was suggested to add al bullet at the top of the application to request a Certificate of Insurance from organizations and add an attachment page that includes information on Tulip insurance. Susie Cvechko made ar motion to accept the application with the suggested revisions and Tim McDaniel seconded. On ar motion by Susie Cvechko and seconded by Tim McDaniel, the meeting was adjourned at  Commissioner.  Carpenter, Susie Cvechko is Commission President for 2019.  approved.
