The information will be shared Locally, on a State Level and al Federal Level. Discuss/Act upon Water and Wastewater Main Extension Agreement for the Garcia Development 2024 between the City of Fort Stockton and Florentino Garcia. (City Atty.) City Attorney Puja Boinpally explained this is the Agreement for the Development Mr. The agreement is to extend the sewer line and water taps. He is working on annexing the property; however, that will take some time so he would like to go ahead and enter into Garcia is doing next to Greasewood. Page1284 this agreement to begin. He will be required to reimburse the City for parts, attached as City Manager Frank Rodriguez II explained the. Agreement currently reads that everything is conditional upon the Owner pursuing a voluntary annexation oft the property within ninety (90) days of the execution oft this agreement. He explained that surveyors have been taking longer to survey properties; therefore, he asked for a reasonable extension. Council Member Ruben Falcon recommended extending the period to annex the Exhibit "A" property to 61 months. City Attorney Puja Boinpally recommended wording the motion to extend the period toa annex the property from 90 days - 180 days. Council Member Ruben J Bernal inquired what would happen ift the annexation took longer than the 180 days. City Manager Frank Rodriguez III explained it wouldn't prevent them from performing the work; however, it would affect the reimbursement. City Council extending the period for annexation.
