FRANK RODRIGUEZ III MARINA CANTU PUJA BOINPALLY Mayor Joe Chris Alexander called the Special Meeting to Order at 5:31 p.m. after declaring a Mayor Joe Chris Alexander read the Mission Statement: "The Mission of the City of Fort Stockton Municipal Government is to Promote & Value Public Confidence and Trust by the Accountable and Responsible Use of Community Resources; to Ensure Public Safety; Improve Public Services; Promote Local Recreation and Entertainment; and Generate Economic Development. SPECIAL BUSINESS: 1. Discuss/Act upon Awarding Bid for Additions and buildout for the Hodges Pavilion. Bid Received: L.T. Construction, LLC, Triple R. Welding. (City Mgr.) City Manager Frank Rodriguez III explained a Team consisting ofl himself, Assistant City Manager Jesse Gonzales, Jr., Director of Finance Maria Rodriguez, and City Engineer Raul Rodriguez reviewed the proposals submitted by L.T. Construction, LLC and Triple R Both bidders were given the opportunity to appear before the designated representative City Manager Frank Rodriguez to present evidence concerning the qualifiers responsibility. Motion was made by Mayor Joe Chris Alexander, seconded by Council Member James Warnock, and carried unanimously to Award the Bid for Additions and buildout for the Hodges Pavilion to L.T. Construction, LLC. Discuss/Act upon 60-foot-wide access easement agreement located in Section 46, Block 50, Township 8, Abstract 2720 and Section 3, Block 50, Township. 9, Abstract 2718, Texas and Pacific Railway Survey, Pecos and Reeves County, Texas (Blue Ridge Farm) between City of Fort Stockton (grantor) and Arthur R. Gonzalez and Denisse I. Gonzalez (grantees), as described in survey, containing 13066.27 linear feet, 791.89 rods, and 18.00 acres ofl land. (City Atty.) Mayor Joe Chris Alexander explained this is an existing road easement and the. Arthur R. Gonzalez and Denisse I. Gonzalez are requesting access to property they are trying to purchase. City Attorney Puja Boinpally explained this easement is solely for Aurther R. Gonzalez and Denisse I. Gonzalez. Ift they sell the land the easement is terminated. The term oft the Agreement is for 10 years. This Easement Agreement was sent to Mr. Gonzalez and he isi in Motion was made by Council Member Darren Hodges, seconded by Council Member Ruben J Bernal, and carried unanimously to approve the 60-foot-wide access easement agreement located in Section 46, Block 50, Township 8, Abstract 2720 and Section 3, Block 50, Township. 9, Abstract 2718, Texas and Pacific Railway Survey, Pecos and Reeves County, Texas (Blue Ridge Farm) between City of Fort Stockton (grantor) and Arthur R. agreement with the terms.
