City Attorney Puja Boinpally advised City Council of Updates to the Open  Mcetings Act.  SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS: 2. Updates on Public Information Act.  City Attorney Puja Boinpally provided City Council with Updates to the Public  Information Act.  THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS: 3. City Managers Report.  City Manager Rodriguez provided updates, recommendations and welcomed suggestions from Mayor & Council Members regarding on-going projects.  FOURTH ORDER OF BUSINESS: 4. Discuss Uilitylmtrastructure Fees. FIFTH ORDER OF BUSINESS: 5.1 Discuss Protocol for Interlocal Agreements.  Recommendations and/or Suggestions were made for hotel/motel accounts. Discuss Process for the City of Fort Stockton becoming a Home Rule City Secretary Cantu advised City Council of the complete process required to  Municipality.  become a Home Rule Municipality.
