Assistant City Manager Jesse Gonzales emphasized the need for replacing the Landfill Compactor is more eminent more than ever. He explained a comparison for a purchase oral lease of the compactor was reviewed. The cost oft repairs have been an issue in the past. Public Works Director Ramos advised City Council that the current compactor was purchased in 2015 and currently has approximately 10,460 hours. It is an essential piece of The replacement for ai motor alone is approximately $60,000.00. equipment. City Manager Rodriguez responded Police OfficersI- Sergeant along with Code Enforcement received the Temporary Hazardous Pay. Fort Stockton Pioneer Reporter Wehring asked why the Hazardous Pay was being discontinued. City Manager Rodriguez explained that the $1.00 pay was wrapped into an increase with their new pay. 15.
