They had equipment malfunctions and staff shortages, Hej presented a slideshow demonstrating the paving process and a recap of the streets Mondragon for compiling the slideshows. often leaving them to operate with only 5 employees. that were paved this season. 2022 Street Paving Projects Summary: 18,864 ft. ofroad paved Materials used is the equivalent of1 161 miles 2,133 Tons of Aggregate 82,238 Gallons of CRS2 Oil 15,227 Tons ofl Base Material Total Expenditures: $424,516.26 Hej presented another slideshow demonstrating the improved pothole patchwork process. Construction, LLC submitted two separate bids for the Addition of Restrooms. Site-A for the Outside Restrooms was for $143,485.00 and Site-B for the Inside Restrooms was for $121,242.43.The Inside Restrooms Pagel 194 will be done with the Venue Tax Funding and the Outside Restrooms will be done with the Hodges Pavilion Funding. He recommended awarding these bids tol L.T. Construction, LLC. Construction, LLC would like to work on both Site-A and Site-B simultaneously, which should not be an issue. Should an issue arise with this plan, the inside restrooms would take priority and would be finished first. L.T. (City Mgr./EDC Economic Development Executive Director Remie Ramos explained in accordance with the Abatement Agreement we would need to extend Lancium city services. This agreement is for 1800 ft. of Sewer Line Installation that would run from the current manhole in front of Stripes located on the corner of Hwy. 285 and I-10 to the Lancium site adjacent to Hwy 285. The 1800' of Sewer Line Installation Agreement is for $354,932.48. This Agreement was previously approved by the Fort Stockton 4A Economic Development Corporation Board Motion was made by Council Member Ruben Falcon, seconded by Council Member James Warnock, and carried unanimously to approve 1800' of Sewer Line Installation Agreement between the Fort Stockton 4A Economic Development Corporation and Trans Pecos Energy Solutions. Discuss/Act upon Authorization to Utilize American Rescue Funds for Emergency Repairs to the 8-Inch Sewer Service Line located at 6th Street and Gatlin Street. (City Mgr./Dir. of Assistant City Manager Jesse Gonzales Jr. explained the 8-Inch Sewer Service Line located at 6th Street and Gatlin Street had a leak. After assessing the leak, it was determined Fin.) Pagel 196 that the line could not be replaçed it would have to bel bypassed. Ifapproved, the work would Sewer Department Supervisor Federico Valenzuela explained some repairs were done last week to stop the leak; however, the line is 50-60 years old and is deteriorating. City Manager Frank Rodriguez explained the scope oft the project is for the installation of approximately 300 ft. of City Sewer Line which would reroute the current line from manhole tor manhole. He further explained the leak was immediately reported to TCEQ. She explained that Ross Harper had completed a maximum term of 6 years. Therefore, she requested Council's permission to make an exception to their rule concerning a maximum term of 6 years due to the lack of application submissions after repeatedly advertising the need for board volunteers.
