Discuss/Act upon Consent to Assign Lease Agreement between the City of Fort Stockton & OXYUSA WTPLP, Oxy Delaware Basin, LLCandOXY USA Inc.to Forge Energy II, LLC., regarding Blue Ridge Farms. City Attorney Puja Boinpally explained this Assignment of Surface-Use Agreement is being transferred to Forge Energy II, LLC. She further explained Motion was made, seconded and carried to Approve Consent to Assign Lease Agreement between the City of Fort Stockton & OXY USA WTP LP, Oxy Delaware Basin, LLC: and OXYUSA Inc.to Forge Energy II, LLC., regarding  that nothing else about the agreement has changed.
