Therefore, he requested permission to file a Grant Application with the Texas Department of Agriculture for the Community Block Grant to replace the sewer line at the Nunez Park off of Main Street extending through the James Rooney Park to include the addition ofal Lift Station. This is the first step oft the application process. City Manager Frank Rodriguez explained City Engineer Raul Rodriguez completed the drawings of the Hodges Pavilion. Thisi is entering from the Parking Lot. You will have the Ticket booth and the Hodges Pavilion" arch as you enter the property. There will be two water features and behind them with a place for a photo The shaded area represents concrete. Towards the Fence Linei it is designed to allow vendors toj plug into electrical plugins. The bottom area towards the stage will be levelled to allow for a dance floor in front of the stage. There is a gazebo setting designed for weddings. There is area for shade and additional trees. Exterior Lights will be adjusted to accommodate the Hodges Pavilion area. City Manager Frank Rodriguez explained that Elfida Morales has been doing an excellent Chief of Police Robert Lujan attested that they were pleased with Abuid Olivares' work at the Police Department and Dispatch Area. Elfida Morales placed a bid for the City Hall & City Hall Annex Building for $2,000 per month.
