This Municipal Services Agreement is for the Lancium Ist Addition which is 102.238 acres. Director of Finance Maria Rodriguez explained the proposed tax rate was $0.3549, which is lcent less than no new revenue. The proposed tax rate requires the City to hold One Public Hearing. Therefore, she requested the Public Hearing be held and the Proposed Tax Rate be adopted September 6, 2022.
