"The Mission of the City of Fort Stockton Municipal Government is to Promote & Value Public Confidence and Trust by the Accountable and Responsible Use of Community Resources; to Ensure Public Safety; Improve Public Services; Promote Local Recreation and  Mayor Alexander read the Mission Statement:  Entertainment; and Generate Economic Development." Council Member Hodges gave the Invocation. Pledge of Allegiance to the Texas Flag. SPECIAL MEETING:  Council Member Warnock led the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States of America Flag & the  1. Discuss/Act upon Ordinance No. 21-119, An Ordinance of the City of Fort Stockton, Texas, Adopting Budget Amendment No. 5 to the Original Budget of the City of Fort Stockton, Texas, for the Fiscal Year 2020-2021; Providing for Supplemental Appropriation and/or Transfer of Certain Funds; Providing for Severability; and Providing for other Matters  Related to the Subject. (City Mgr./Dir. of] Fin.)  Director ofl Finance Rodriguez explained the CVB Department requested permission to expend additional funds in the amount of$100,000.00 for services oft railing, flooring, and  outside patio at the Event Center and Special Events labor.    Page[118  The current unaudited CVB Fund Balance for FY 20-21 is $1,032,461.00 Mayor Alexander recessed from the Special Meeting to Convene into the Special  Workshop at 5:12 p.m.  WORKSHOP:  2. City Manager Frank Rodriguez III---  .City Manager's Report  City Manager Rodriguez reported the status of current projects and asked for  comments and suggestions from City Council.
