The remainder oft the project was for the Cast Iron Gas Line Motion was made by Council Member James Warnock, seconded by Council Member Pam Palileo, and carried unanimously to approve Change Order No.: 3 Authorizing a Payment of$69,160.00 to Colt I&E, LLC for the completion of the Cast Iron Gas Line Replacement Project. Discuss/Act Upon Fort Stockton Police Department Provider. Agreement concerning Medicare Rates for in "Custody" patients between the City ofFort Stockton and the Pecos County Memorial Hospital. (City Mgr./C.O.P.) Chiefof Police Robert Lujan explained this is the same agreement we had last year with the Pecos County Memorial Hospital. This Agreement allows the City ofFort Stockton to pay Medicare Rates fori in "Custody" patients. The only thing that changed was the dates. Motion was made by Council Member Pam Palileo, seconded by Council Member James Warnock, and carried unanimously to approve the Fort Stockton Police Department Provider Agreement concerning Medicare Rates for in "Custody" patients between the City ofFort Stockton and the Pecos County Memorial Hospital.
