Mr. Rives gave a financial report that is an unmodified, best opinion and The financial highlight is the city's net position increase of 4.6 million dollars. There was also a business type increase of 555,000 dollars. The total assets amounted to 20.2 million dollars. The business assets were 33.3 million dollars. The General Fund Balance is of major importance which at the final amendment AGAOI Letter is issued to any entity that receives federal revenues and is subject to Yellow Book Standards.
