Creating a Map with gas lines, power lines, water lines, well, depth of water, etc. Jake ofForge Energy explained they acquired this Surface Use Agreement and are our current Exploration & Production (E&P) Company working to update the agreement, which include the following: SWD utilize this. Gates Frac Pit - Would like an Agreement with City in case the City would like to Improvements to the Roads Solar pumps have been placed to support livestock operation Solar Water Wells used to water livestock and the game. Quail and 60 heads of cows are currently grazing the remaining vegetation from last spring. Thet tank was repaired by a welder. There are plans to build a berm and plant grass. There are still discussions with farming operations and restoring infrastructure. Discussions with 8 cryptocurrency groups to establish data center/bitcoin. Power Purchase Agreement with Solar group (3 site visits) Discussions with Battery Power companies to supply night and redundant power Potential to recycle water. Anything off the property is 10 cents al barrel, anything on Possibly plant corn tol Data Center. (2 site visits) the property is 5 cents a barrel. 2. Discuss/Act upon Hardware as a Subscription Agreement between the Fort Stockton Police Department and Peacemaker Technologies LLC, utilizing American Rescue Funds. (City Assistant Chief ofl Police Ernesto Velasquez explained this is the agreement for the leasing of the 13 laptop computers for an annual subscription- 3 years for $29,640.00 City Attorney Puja Boinpally advised City Council she reviewed the agreement and there is astatement that allows the City to terminate the agreement ifiti is not in the budget. Motion was made by Council Member Ruben Falcon, seconded by Council Member James Warnock, and carried unanimously to approve Hardware. as a Subscription Agreement between the Fort Stockton Police Department and Peacemaker Technologies LLC, utilizing American Rescue Funds. Discuss/Act upon Municipal Services Agreement between the City of Fort Stockton and A&B Prestige Investments, LLC. (City Atty.) City Attorney Puja Boinpally stated this agreement is for the utilities A&B Prestige Investments, LLC would receive upon annexation oftheir property. Iti is the same as the agreement previously approved by City Council with the updated Planning & Zoning Number. Motion was made by Council Member Ruben Falcon, seconded by Council Member Darren Hodges, and carried unanimously to approve Municipal Services Agreement between the City of] Fort Stockton and A&B Prestige Investments, LLC. Discuss/Act upon Resolution No. 22-111R, a Resolution setting a date, time, and place fora Public Hearing on the Proposed Annexation of Certain Property by the City of Fort Stockton, Texas, and Authorizing and Directing the Mayor to Publish Notice ofs such Public Hearing. (City Atty) City Attorney Puja Boinpally explained this is the Resolution Authorizing the City of Fort Stockton to move forward with the Proposed Annexation. She further explained the Publication would include the information pertaining to this proposed annexation. City Secretary Marina Cantu explained the Public Hearing for this Proposed. Annexation would be held on July 25, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall-Council Chambers. Motion was made by Council Member Ruben Falcon, seconded by Council Member James Warnock, and carried unanimously to approve Resolution No. 22-111R, a Resolution setting a date, time, and place for a Public Hearing on the Proposed Annexation of Certain Property belonging to A&B Prestige Investments, LLC by the City of Fort Stockton, Texas, and Authorizing and Directing the Mayor to Publish Notice of such Public Hearing. Questions from Media Fort Stockton Pioneer Editor Nathan Heuer inquired ifthe Proposed Annexation would go through Planning & Zoning again. City Attorney Puja Boinpally stated this is a new request so to the process will be done City Secretary Marina Cantu assured him that new Notifications would be sent out and a again. Public Hearing would bel held for this Proposed Annexation. 8.
