Council Member Warnock led the Pledge of Allegiance & Pledge to the Texas  Flag.  Mayor Alexander read thel Mission Statement:  "The Mission of the City of Fort Stockton Municipal Government is to Promote & Value Public Confidence and Trust by the Accountable and Responsible Use of Community Resources; to Ensure. Public Safety; Improve Public Services; Promote. Local Recreation and Entertainment; and Generate  Economic Development." THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS:  3. Discuss Quality ofLife Projects for 2020.  EDC Director Ramos provided information on possible 2020 projects. City Manager Rodriguez provided updates, recommendations, and welcomed suggestions from Mayor & Council Members regarding on- going: and proposed 2020  projects.  SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS: 2. Charter Commission preparcs the proposed Home Rulc Charter and submits the proposed Charter to the City Council for revicw. City Council places the Charter on the ballot for the municipality's d. All registered voters of the City reccive a copy of the approved and proposcd Charter by mail thirty days prior tot the clection. C. During the clection, citizens vote whether or not to adopt the proposed Charter. (Adoption oft the Charter requires a majority vote.)  next general clection.  FOURTH ORDER OFBUSINESS:  4.
