SPECIAL MEETINGORKSHOP:  Budget/Operation Workshop for Fiscal-Year ending September 2023. (City Mgr.) Director of Finance Maria Rodriguez presented the Revenues and Expenditures for the City Manager Frank Rodriguez III provided updates, recommendations and welcomed suggestions from the Mayor & Council Members regarding on-going and proposed 2022-  General Fund and Enterprise Fund.  2023 projects. 2.
