MINUTES  OF THE TOWN OF HOLLYWOOD PARK SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2024, AT 5:30 P.M.  CALLTO ORDER II. INVOCATION  Mayor Drash called the meeting to order 5:30 p.m.  Mayor Pro Tem Randol III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE  Mayor Drash led the Pledge of Allegiance.  IV. ROLL CALL  Members of the City Council present: Mayor Drash, and Councilmembers Jim Rodriguez, Todd Kounse, Dale Randol, Wendy Gonzalez, and Glenna Pearce.  V. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION  Delaine Hall, Sean Martinez, Travis Thornton, and Tonya Commings spoke on  various budget topics.  VI. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION  1. Discussion and direction regarding the Proposed FY 2024-25 Budget. City Council and staff reviewed portions of the proposed budget. Bruce Graham spoke on taxes and Martha Sanchez spoke on thel EDC budget.  VII.
