Acreage and Extending Deadline for Receiving Sealed Lease Proposals for Approximately 360 Acres ofLand, more particularly described as: All ofTracts 7,8,9, 10, Section 4, Block 2, Fort Stockton Irrigated Lands Company Tracts 3.,4.5.6.37.36.9.40. ,41,42,43,44,4 45,46,47,48,4 ,49,50,51,52,53, .5.6.3..X.9..9, 63 and 64, Survey 5, Block 2, Fort Stockton Irrigated Lands Company Land, Pecos County, Texas. (City Mgr./City Atty.) City Secretary Marina Cantu explained the original solicitation included property belonging to the New Landfill. Therefore, she requested permission to clarify the acreage. This would require the notice to be published int the newspaper, extending the bid opening to  Land, Pecos County, Texas;  January 26, 2024.  Motion was made by Council Member Darren Hodges, seconded by Council Member Paul Jerome Chavez, and carried unanimously to Approve the Acreage Clarification, Extending the Deadline for Receiving Sealed Lease Proposals for Approximately 360 AllofTracts 7,8,9,10, Section 4, Block 2, Fort Stockton Irrigated Lands Tracts 3,34,35,36.37,38.39. 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, ,50,51,52,53, 54,55,56, ,57,58, 59,60, 61, 62, 63 and 64, Survey 5, Block 2, Fort Stockton to.
