CANTU CITY AITORNEY: PUJA BOINPALLY Mayor Alexander called the Special Meeting to order at 5:36 p.m. after declaring aq quorum present. Mayor Alexander read the Mission Statement: "The Mission of the City of Fort Stockton Municipal Government is to Promote & Value Public Confidence and Trust by the Accountable and Responsible Use of Community Resources; to Ensure Public Safety; Improve Public Services; Promote Local Recreation and Entertainment; and Generate Economic Development." FIRSTORDER OFBUSINESS: 1.1 Budget Workshop for Fiscal-Year ending September 30, 2021. The remainder of the revenues and expenditures for various departments, as well as probable projects along with the proposed Public Works & Police Department Budgets for Fiscal-Year ending September 30, 2021 were presented. In reviewing these line items, several adjustments were recommended by City Council. This item was for discussion only; no action was taken. SECOND ORDER OFBUSINESS: 2.
