Discuss, review, and take any necessary action to accept the designation of the Williamson County American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) City of Bartlett Fund and City of Bartlett ARPA fund to the Mike Larsen Company's bid for the 50k ground water storage tank at $271,385. The City of Bartlett ARPA fund is not to exceed $30,000.
