Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 1:20 p.m. by Ms. Kistner B. Closed Session: Provisional Ballot Meeting Pursuant of Virginia Code 24.2-653  Elections, Blakley Morris  Upon a motion made by Ms. Davis, the electoral board went into closed session for the provisional ballot meeting pursuant of Virginia Code 24.2-653.  Ms. Miles seconded All were in favor  The board went into closed session at 1:21 p.m. The board reconvened at 3:05 p.m.  The board certified that only matters of pursuant of Virginia Code 24.2-653 we  discussed All were in favor  .A Ascertainment of the Results from the Post-Election Central Absentee Precinct  The board and Mr. Morris reviewed the Statement of Results, result tapes, and the Mr. Morris stated that he would update the results and have everything ready for  results entered on election night for accuracy. the board's signature after noon on Thursday.
