Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Ms. Kistner B. Provisional Ballot Meeting Pursuant of Virginia Code 24.2-653  of  Mr. Morris stated that he needed more time to review the provisional ballots cast for the November 5, 2024 election. He stated that Bristol received 155 provisional ballots and most were Same Day Registrations which must be reviewed after Monday, November 11th because they must be entered into the statewide voter registration system (VERIS) for further review. The board agreed to move this meeting to Tuesday, November 12that 1:00 The board and Mr. Morris reviewed the Statement of Results, result Mr. Morris stated that once the provisional ballots were counted and the election central absentee precinct's ballots were counted, he would have post-  p.m. and the tapes,  C. Ascertainment oft the Results from the Presidential Primaries  results entered on election night for accuracy. everything ready for their signature.  D.
