Consideration: 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Application - Neighborhood Street Improvement Project and Housing  Study Planning Grant  City Manager Adams introduced this item.  Action: Motion to adopt a revised Resolution approving the submission of the 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) application for the Neighborhood Street Improvement Project and the Housing Study and authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents related to the application by DeLeon seconded by! Victoria.
