Minutes for this hearing are kept by Mrs. Sowers in the Tax Assessment Office. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to endorse the re-nomination letter recommending Elen Ott to the Franklin/Fulton Mental Health/ntellectual & Developmental Disabilities/Early Intervention Advisory Board for the period. January 2021 through. January 2024. Alli in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to endorse the Services for Children Compensation Plan,  the County's retirement funds.  effective 1/1/21.
