Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to accept Greg Gress' resignation letter for Security Guard, effective Commissioners met with Lori Young, Franklin/Fulton MH/IDD/EI, to present a Proclamation for Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month for March. Also in attendance were Julie Dovey, Executive Development Director for Fulton County Family Partnership; Tiea Sharer, Community Mobilizer with Fulton County Family Partnership and James Eagler, Franklin/Fulton Drug & Alcohol. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to proclaim March 2023 as Developmental. Disabilities Awareness Commissioners spoke with Julie Dovey, Executive Development Director for Fulton County Family Partnership to discuss a grant opportunity that will be utilized to design a Recovery-to-Work Program" if the appliçation is successful. In attendance were Tiea Sharer, Community Mobilizer with Fulton County Family Partnership and James Eagler, Franklin/Fulton Drug & Alcohol. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve earmarking up to $25,000 in Opioid Settlement funds to match ARC INSPIRE grant for Bedford and Fulton Counties. Funds will be needed over two years  Month. All in favor.  and utilized only if the grant application is successful. All in favor.    178  A brief Salary Board Meeting was held at 9:38 a.m.  Motion by Commissioner Bunch authorizing Commissioner Ulsh to sign the "Notice of Award" to Kee-ta Quay Construction, LLC for the McConnellsburg Curb Cuts Phase 2 CDBG Project. All in Motion by Commissioner Bunch authorizing Commissioner Ulsh to execute the "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State County-Wide Signature Requirement for Candidates Filing Nomination Papers for the County of Fulton 2023 Municipal Election". All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives authorizing Commissioner Ulsh to execute the Maximus Service Agreement for development of delivery of central services cost allocation plan that identify the various costs incurred by the client to support and administer federal programs", at a cost of $5,200 each year for years 2022-2023 and $5,350 each year for years 2024-2025, effective June 1, Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to enter into Executive Session at 10:58 a.m. for Persônnel Matters.  favor.  2023 through May 31, 2027.
