RESOLUTION 2024-7  A RESOLUTION REQUESTINGSTATEWIDE LSA GRANT MONIES BE IT RESOLVED, that the Borough of Port Allegany ofMcKean County, hereby requests a Statewide Local Share Assessment grant of $740,000 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for Tabor Avenue Drainage Project;  and  Be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Applicant does hereby designate Jeremy Morey, Borough Manager, or Heather Szuba, Borough Secretary, as the officials to execute all documents and agreements between the Port Allegany Borough and the Commonwealth Financing Authority to facilitate and assist in  obtaining the requested grant.
