On Thursday, November 7,2024, Monroeville Council held a Conditional Use Public Hearing for Agenda Item 10 below. 9. 24-3-ST- WILLOWCRESTPAIMO LAND GROUP, LLC- Site Plan Approval Applicant (Primo Land Group, LLC) is requesting site plan approval, pursuant to Article III of the Monroeville Zoning Ordinance, No. 2779 to construct a single-family residential development consisting of ninety-five (95) units and associated site amenities. The property is vacant and used to be the airport located off of Logans Ferry Road and identified as Tax Parcel 741-R-333 in the R-2, single/multi-family residential zoning district and consists of 46.62 acres. 10. 24-2-C - WILLOWCREST/PRIMO LAND GROUP, LLC - Major Excavation Conditional Applicant (Primo Land Group, LLC) is requesting conditional use approval, pursuant to Section 504.VV Major Excavation ofthe Monroeville Zoning Ordinance, No. 2779 to permit acut and fill operation totaling approximately 100,000 cubic yards of earth. The property is vacant and used to be the airport located off ofLogans Ferry Road and consists of 46.62 acres. **The Planning Commission's decision was as follows at their August 21, 2024 meeting: A motion was duly made by Mr. Segelson to approve. A MOTION to authorize to advertise an Ordinance authorizing the proper officials of Monroeville to enter into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Public Works and Refuse Bargaining Unit, beginning January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2028. The proposed contract includes annual raises of 4.00% for 2025, 3.00% for 2026, 3.00% for 2027 and 3.00% for 2028. 13.A MOTION to authorize to advertise the necessary Ordinances for the 2025 Budget, including: The adoption of the Budget containing estimates of proposed revenues and expenditures at Fixing the Real Estate Millage for land, buildings, and structures for 2025 at six (6.000) mills per $1.00 ofassessed valuation of taxable property, or $6.00 per every $100 value.
