CallMeeting to Order Public. Hearing Old. Business  Acting Mayor Alice Ventercalled the meeting to order at 6:31 pm.  1. Certification oft the 2023 Millage Rate  Acting Mayor. Alice Venter read Resolution #2023-10133R to adopt the: 2023 millage Action: A motion was made by Stephanie. Almagno to adopt the 2023 millage rate as presented with a second by Maarten Venter. Motion  rate.  Carried 3-0. New. Business Executive Session Amnoucements  a. Join us for ai family-friendly watch party oft the Florida/Georgia game tomorrow, hosted by Life Church at 110 Church Street. Tailgating starts at 2:00 pm and kickoff at 3:30 pm insidei the sanctuary! Alcohol is prohibited at this event. b. City Offices will be closed on Friday, November 10th in observance ofVeterans'  Day.
