Attorney  MINUTES OFTHE CALLED MEETING August 28, 2023 6:53 p.m. 215 McNaughton St PRESENT:  Charles Coffey, Chairman Timothy Biddle, Vice-Chairman Gerald Douglas, Commissioner Damon Hoyte, Commissioner Jason Hoyte, Commissioner  Kenneth Riner, County Manager Binford Minter, County. Attorney Lisa Bickel, County Clerk  Upon the manager's calling the roll, with all Commission members present, Chairman Coffey called the Called Meeting oft the Commission ofthe Unified Government ofc Cusseta- Chattahoochee County, Georgia to order at 6:531 p.m. and livestreaming on Facebook.  CHAIRMAN COFFEY entered the called meeting with the Agenda Item of] Intergovernmental Agreements. He then handed it over to. Attorney Minter. Mr. Minter stated that the agreement wasalready approved, however this gives more lead way for the County Manager and. James Clark, or whoever should bei in that position, with out having to go through the Commission. It would start September first, and would have tol have 210-day notice period to terminate any subcontract. Bin reviewed all aspects oft the agreement to protect thei interest of the county. Without any comments from the Commission al Motion to approve the agreement by COMMISSIONER FROST second by COMMISSIONER BIDDLE. The vote was  unanimous.  COMMENTS BY COMMISSIONERS:  None  ADJOURNMENT:  AI Motion was made to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Frost made the Motion, seconded by Chairman Biddle. The vote to adjourn the meeting was unanimous.
