ADMNISTRATVEFSCAL MATTERS  Executive Session  Commissioner Davis made a motion to adjourn into Executive Session at 1:05 PMt to discuss personnel, potential litigation and property disposition. Commissioner Hall  seconded the motion and itp passed unanimously. RECONVENE INTO CALLED MEETING  Commissioner Craig made a motion to reconvene the Called Meeting at 3:08 PM. Commissioner Davis seconded the motion andi it passed unanimously.  ADJOURNMENT  Commissioner Hall made a motion to adjourn the Called Meeting at 3:10 PM.
