Commissioner Colleen Pye nominated Commissioner Susan Harris for Chairman. Commissioner Susan Harris declined the nomination for Chairman. Roll call vote was called by Commission Secretary Kim Chandler.  Motion carried unanimously to appoint Commissioner Richard Anderson as Chairman.
