A and EDGB Minutes of Augustl4, 2024 Joint Session Meeting Motion by Board Member Dub,Sabrsula to approve meeting minutes.  i Board Member Jake Strickland seconded the motion. De  Mayor Boudreauxistated that becayse of the budget that was adopted by the City Council, themoney thatçomes in for EDC B is slated to go into the general fund which is illegal Mayor Boudreaux hopes to get the budget corrected with City  Council at the nextmeeting on October 22nd.  Budgetamendments will need to be made for all spending.  Board Member Dub Sabrsula asked if we are in compliance. Mayor Boudreaux confirmed that we are not. Board Member Jake Strickland asked ift this board has any liability for this non-compliance. Mayor Boudreaux stated, no, this board had Board Member Roberto Molina asked if EDC B can fund the zoning project? Mayor Boudreaux is to ask the City Attorney. Mayor Boudreaux asked the four board members present if there was any interest in funding the zoning project. Board Members Dub Sabrsula, Jake Strickland, Roberto Molina and Board  nothing to do with the budget adoption.    President Kelli Matula all agreed that they would vote to fund part of the zoning project. It was proposed that both EDC A and EDC B pay for half of the zoning  project (split equitably) and the city pays the remaining half.  b.
