Accept and approve Resolution No. 24-07 declaring the results oft the City of Natalia General Election  of November 5, 2024.  a) Administer the Oath to three (3) Elected Officials for the City of Natalia, Texas resulting from the November 5, 2024 Election for the City of Natalia, for two (2) year terms expiring November  2026:  i. Samuel Smith, Alderman ii. Mike Fernandez, Alderman ii. Selica Vera, Alderman  9. Discuss/Consider: Electing an Alderman to serve as Mayor Pro-Tem for a one-year term ending  November 2025.  10. Discuss/Consider: Resolution 24-08 reappointing (3) three Natalia Municipal Development District Board  of Directors for a (2) two-year term. i. Ruberta Vera ii. Laura Kay Gallagher iii. Brenda Fernandez  11. Discuss/Consider: Statutory Partnership Agreement between City of Natalia and Go Medina for the  purpose oft the EPA Community Change Grant.  12.
