ROLLCALL:  Commission members in attendance were Chairperson Diana Strey, Vice Chairman Jeff Wurzbach, Rachael Howell, Sharon Burger, EJ1 Trivette and New Berlin City Council  Liaison Kim Schlichting. MAYOR'S COMMENTS:  The mayor was not in attendance. CHAIRPERSON'S COMMENTS: None at this time. PUBLIC COMMENTS:  Public Comments were made by city council member Beverly Felts in regards to the. sell oft the propertyformerly Rabel'sformerly. Brietzke Station and its potential designation as historic. Jeff Wurzbach and. Rae. Howell stated the only way a property can be  designated as historic is with the property owners consent.
