Ordinance No. 2023-005 - Discussion and consideration and/or action approving an Ordinance by the City Council of the City of New Berlin, Texas amending and replacing Ordinance No. 2022-005 regarding the - Resolution No. 2023-006 - Discussion and consideration and/or action approving a Resolution by the City Council of the City ofNew Berlin Texas, authorizing the removal ofMindy Paxton's name from all City of New Berlin bank accounts due to receiving her 30-day notice of resignation and adding Roxann Pullin and Brenda D. Ordinance No. 2023-006 - Consideration and/or action amending Ordinance No. 2022-004 regarding the Mayor Williams read the above consent agenda items into record and recognized Council Member Beverly Felts who moved, seconded by Council Member. City of New Berlin Zoning Map: Discussion and consideration regarding the establishment of zoning for Mayor Wiliams discussed with the Council the need tol have aj proper zoning map. Mayor Williams and Members ofCouncil provided their input. It was also discussed that the proposed map will be presented at the Town Hall meeting of August 21,2023, also for citizen input. Once a draft is ready it will then go to thel Planning & Zoning Commission for their review and comments and will bring back a final copy for the Council to approve.  the City ofNew Berlin and establishing a zoning map.
