I.  CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM PRESENT  Mayor Patrick. Jacob called the Council Meeting to order ate 6:30 pm. The following City Council  Members and staff were present:  Pat. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION AND COMMENTS  An opportunity for citizens to address the City Council on matters which are not scheduled for consideration. To address the Council, please fill out a speaker form and turn into the Town Secretary. The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits deliberation byt the Council ofa any subject which isnot on the posted agenda, therefore the Council will not be able to discuss or act on items brought up during the citizen's participation. Chelsi Harris spoke regarding infrastructure  improvements on Austin Place, street, water line etc.... III. PROCLAMATION, RESOLUTION AND PRESENTATION  1. Presentation - Joe Don Bobbitt, Chief Appraiser TAD - Mr. Bobbitt introduced himself and  provided a brief overview of the Tarrant County Appraiser District.  IV.  PUBLIC HEARING None  V.  ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST 1. Yoga Class Community Center- Monday and Friday @10:00 a.m. 2. Town Hall Closed. June 19, 2024 - Juneteenth 3. Bulk Pickup begins Wednesday. June 19. 4. Bulk Pickup ends Saturday June 22.  Pagelof2    VI. STAFF REPORTS  (a) Chief Carpenter provided the monthly Police report. (b) Mr. Craven provided the monthly finance report. (c) Mr. McDonald provided the monthly public works report.  (d) Council Member Rona Gouyton provided committee update. Suggested hosting collection of rainwater, plant sharing class and;removable of basketball court. Transition the 3 temporary  pickleball courts into permanent courts.  VII. CONSENT AGENDA  Approve minutes from the May 15, 2024, Special Council Meeting. Council may take any action deemed necessary. Council Member Chris Ayers made a motion to approve consent agenda. Council Member Kathy Livingston seconded the motion. The motion passed 5 forand 0 against.  VIII. REGULAR AGENDA  IEMIDKUSSONACTON. Chief Mike Barton with Eagle Mountain Fire to brief Council on providing ambulance services to the Town of Lakeside in exchange for land to house a temporary EMS facility. Council mayt take any action deemed necessary. Mr. Craven updated Council on Eagle  Mountain Fire EMS leasing Lakeside property for ambulance station.  IX. EXECUTIVE SESSION  The City Council oft the Town ofL Lakeside Texas, reserves the rightt to adjourni into Executive! Session during the course oft the meeting tos seek legal advice from its attorney regarding any item on the posted agenda as authorized by Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071 (consultation with attorney), 551.072 (deliberations about real property), 551.073 (deliberations about gifts and donations), 551.074 (personnel matters), 551.076 (deliberations about security devices), 551.087 (economic development), 418.183 (homeland  security).  X.  CONSIDER AND TAKE ANY ACTION RESULTING FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION XI. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS - Lake Worth Fire ILA, Eagle Mountain Fire MOU, Austin Place infrastructure improvements, dumpster ordinance and Dead Trees over power lines.  XII.
