To address the Council, please fill out a speaker form and turn into the Town Secretary. The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits deliberation by the Councilofany: subject which is not on the posted agenda, therefore the Council will not be able to discuss or act on items brought up during the citizen's participation. Two speakers; Fletcher Phillips and Jennifer Mikulencak. Mr. Phillips spoke regarding the graphic design oft the new police vehicles. Mr. Phillips does not like the design and color scheme. Council may take any action deemed necessary. Council Member Chris Ayers made a motion to approve consent agenda. Council Member Kathy Livingston seconded the motion. The motion passed 5 for and 0 against. ITEM1 1. DISCUSSION/ACTION. Council to consider revised Fire Services Agreement with the Lake Worth Fire Department. Council may take any action deemed necessary. Council MemberAmy Robinson made a motion to approve revised Fire Services Agreement with the Lake Worth Fire Department. Council Member Kathy Livingston seconded the motion. The motion passed 5 forand ITEM2. DISCUSSION/ACTION. Staff to review street repair of Austin Place and provide cost estimate. Council may take any action deemed necessary. Council directed staff to determine if Austin Place was a private drive or public road and investigate brown water complaints. Finding ITEM3.D DISCUSSION/ACTION. Council to consider Cyber Liability and Data Breach Response Interlocal Agreement. Council may take any action deemed necessary. Council Member Chris Ayers made a motion to approve Cyber Liability and Data Breach Response Interlocal Agreement. Council Member Amy Robinson seconded the motion. The motion passed 5 for and 0 against. IEMADSCUSON/ACTONK Chief Mike Barton with Eagle Mountain Fire Department to brief Council on providing ambulance services to the Town of Lakeside in exchange for land to housea temporary EMS facility. Council may take any action deemed necessary. Council Member Amy Robinson made a motion to direct staff to work with Chief Barton with Eagle Mountain EMS to develop a site plan for temporary use of Town land for a facility to house ambulance services.
