Open Meeting, Call to Order-  Mayor Lindsey called the meeting to order at 7:15 pm.  2. Roll Call-  Mayor Lindsey conducted roll call. All Board members were present.  3. Approval of Board of Adjustment Minutes: 12/18/2023-  Board member Holden made a motion to approve. Board member Atkins seconded the motion. The motion was carried out with a unanimous vote of  5-0. 4. Other Business- None. 5. Adjourn- of5 5-0.  Board member Holden made a motion to adjourn at 7:16 pm.
