MINUTES OF THE COMMISSIONERS COURT  SPECIAL SESSION NOVEMBER 1,2 2024  BE IT REMEMBERED, that on the Ist day of November 2024 A.D. at 10:02 a.m. the Honorable Commissioners Court of Wichita County, Texas met in a special non-voting session at the Courthouse in Wichita Falls, Texas  pursuant to adjourning October 29, 2024, with the following members present:  County Judge. Jim. Johnson  Commissioner Mickey Fincannon, Precinct No. 2 Commissioner Barry Mahler, Precinct No.3 Commissioner Jeff Watts, Precinct No. 4  Zoom audio and video were made available for this meeting.  Reviewed and discussed the replacement of server NVR 3 120TB storage with a new server and hard drivers from  Cornerstone in the amount of$7,804.67.  Reviewed ARPA expenditures to date and discuss future allocations of ARPA funding.  Discussed and reviewed jail maintenance projects and work orders.  Received status report on salaries and overtime. Reviewed and discussed regular bills.  With nothing more to discuss, Commissioners Court was adjourned at 11:10 a.m. and will meet in a regular voting  session on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
