Discuss and consider the Andrews County Commissioners Court recommendation to Appoint Adaly Garcia as Justice of the Peace 21 to the unexpired term of Neri Flores, Justice oft the Peace 2, upon Judge Flores retirement effective November 15, 2024. Mrs. Garcia will receive a daily rate of $238.141 for the 15 days she will be in office in November, then she will receive the posted pay for the Justice of the Peace 21 for the 2024-2025 budget year. III. Discuss and consider the Statement and Oath of Office of, Adaly Garcia as Justice of the Peace 2 effective, November 15, 2024. Take action as necessary. IV. Discuss and consider approving the Bond for Justice oft the Peace 2,Adaly Garcia effective November 12, 2024, until December 31, 2026.Take action as necessary. V. Discuss and consider an early closure oft the County Offices on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 for the Thanksgiving Holidays. Take action as necessary. VI. Fund 47 Request:  D Discuss and consider approving a request of $4,000.00 to fund the Veteran's Day Festivities, sponsored by the Andrews High School Student Council as approved by the Andrews Legacy Committee. The Funds are need for: Methodist church cleaning fee- $100.00, Tableware- $100.00, Beverages-s200 (Tea & Water) $3,600.00- Fat Head Meat II. Discuss and consider approving a request tot fund the Wreaths Across America Project for $5000.00, sponsored by the Daughters of the American Revolution as approved by the Andrews Legacy Committee to be paid out of Fund 47. Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2023-2024 & 2024-2025 III. Budget years under Local Government Code 111.010(d).  and cancel all warrants.  12.
