MINUTE 112:2024 accomplished this year in 4H.  John Preston, County Historical Commission: To discuss  the County  funding  Tabled, John Preston was not present. Motion carried unanimously. MINUTE 114:2024 and constable fees. MINUTE 115:2024  $2,100 from  Barbara Spitzer, District/County Clerk was to discuss and  possibly accept sheriff  Tabled, Mrs. Spitzer was not present  Commissioner Kevin Hackler made a motion, duly seconded Commissioner  Ross to approve Greenalia Solar Power MISAE III on the Tax Abatement by  Mark  Motion carried unanimously.  Agreement  Minute 116:2024  Commissioner Mark Ross made the motion, duly seconded by Commissioner  Elliott, to approve Tax Abatement Agreement on behalf of Clarendon  Rick College with  Greenalia Solar Power MISAE III. Commissioner Jeremy Hill made a motion, duly seconded  Hackler for the sheriffs to take 1 Chevrolet and 1 Dodge pickup by to Commissioner Kevin  put in the auction in  Motion carried unanimously.  Commissioner Mark Ross made a motion, duly seconded  Hackler approved, to complete new vehicle graphics in the amount by of Commissioner Kevin  $550.00 out of the  Motion carried unanimously.  Minute 124:2024  Commissioner Mark Ross made a motion, duly secondly  Hackler to approve the purchase safety equipment with  by commissioner Kevin money left in the SB 22 funds in  the amount of 66,828.24, SB22 total Motion carried unanimously.  was $66,868.55  Minute 125:2024  Discussions of moving 12,000.00 from the equipment service supplies line item to purchase 17 chairs in the amount 12,000.00  repair to office  Tabled Item Minute 126:2024  Commissioner Mark Ross made a motion, duly seconded Commissioner  renew all inmate housing contracts Motion carried unanimously  by  Rick Elliott to  Minute 127:2024  Commissioner Jeremy Hill made a motion, duly seconded Hackler to begin the process of closing abandoned CRK1 From  Commissioner Kevin CRKGtOCRAA in Precinct  2 Motion carried unanimously Minute 128:2024  Commissioner Jeremy Hill made a motion, duly seconded Commissioner  Hackler to put Childress in a Burn Ban for 90 days.  by  Kevin  Motion carried unanimously  Commissioner's Court- - September 9,2024  Page 3    Minute 129:2024  Commissioner Jeremy Hill made a motion, duly seconded Commissioner  Ross, to pay the bills for the county.
