The purpose ofs said meeting is as follows:  1. To hold aj public hearing on the following applications:  A) Special exception request of Alleghany Highlands Community Service Board to open a Crisis Intervention Center. The lot is described as 13---112--10-, located B) Rezoning request of Christ United Methodist Church from R-3 to C-1. The lot  at 2141 N.
