City Council/Cemetery District - CC-I Regular Meeting = Minutes = August 10, 2022 3 1.7 First Amendment to Agreement with Commercial Building Management Inc. for Facilities Janitorial Services for the City of Wildomar Parks. Approved and Authorized the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Service Contract with Commercial Building Management Inc. (CBM Inc.) to provide Facilities Janitorial Services to the City of Wildomar Parks. 1.8 Chavez Office Building Conversion, Grading Agreement, and Stormwater ManagementBMP Agreement Authorized the City Manager to execute the Public Grading Agreement and the BMP Agreement with Ernesto Chavez (Landowner) for the Chavez Office Building Conversion project. 1.9 Tract Map No. 37476 KB Homes Summerhill II Project - Final Map Approval 1. Adopted a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION NO. 2022-49 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 2. Authorized the City Engineer to accept the dedications related to Tract Map No. 37476 and directed the City Clerk to transmit to the County Recorder of the 37476 KB HOMES SUMMERHILL II PROJECT County. 1.10 Parcel Map No. 37523 Baxter Village Residential Project- Final Map Approval Council Member Morabito abstained due to a conflict of interest because he lives within proximity of the development area. 1. Adopted a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION NO. 2022-50 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 37523 BAXTER VILLAGE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT 2.
