Moved by Carlos Marquez; seconded by Bridgette Moore to Approve the revisions to the vehicle use policy and deny the budget adjustment to appropriate $5,000 for the purchase and installation of City Logo decals for the vehicles in order to be in compliance with section V. of the policy. Staff will bring back a budget adjustment at a future date. Motion Passed: 4-0 Voting For: Joseph Morabito, Ashlee DePhillippo, Bridgette Moore, Carlos Marquez Voting Against: None Abstain: None Absent: Dustin Nigg 1.7 Agreement with Regional Government Services Authority (RGS) for a Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Regional Government Services Authority (RGS) for a temporary Municipal Clerk Advisor, authorized the City Manager to make minor modifications to the indemnification section of the agreement, ifr needed, and appropriated $21,000 ini the temporary Municipal City Clerk Advisor City Clerk's Budget. 1.8 Master Agreement for Treasury Management Services Received and approved the final contract with Wells Fargo. 1.9 2023 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan - Project Status Briefing Received and filed the report. 1.10 Injury & llIness Prevention Program Approved the Injury & IlIness Prevention Program. 1.11 Consideration of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wildomar terminating the Proclamation of a Local Emergency due to COVID-19 Adopted a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 04 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA, TERMINATING THE LOCAL EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION RESULTING FROM THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ORIGINALLY PROCLAIMED BY THE CITY OF WILDOMAR CITY COUNCIL ON MARCH 17, 2020 2.
