Public Hearing Noticed to consider all evidence and testimony for or against adopting Housing Commission Resolution 09-25-2024-HC Amending Housing Commission Resolution 03-27-2024-HC and Removing and Replacing the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP), Public Housing Pet Policy, and Public Housing Staff Report given by City Manager Martinez and Housing Manager Deermer Commission asked questions of staff and engaged in minimal discussion.  Lease Agreement.  Chair Mauer opened the public hearing at 4:30 PM  Public Comment:  Kameron Davis reported that his grandmotners AC was not working during summer  months and was not fixed until winter. Chair Mauer closed the public hearing at 4:30 PM  Motion made by Commissioner Kissell, second by Commissioner Ford, to adopt Housing Commission Resolution 09-25-2024-HC Amending Housing Commission Resolution 03-27-2024-HC and Removing and Replacing the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP), Public Housing Pet Policy, and Public Housing Lease Agreement.
