LYC Commissioners will discuss, review details, and  finalize all pigskin plans to make ensure the Pigskin Fall ball Is a success.  Discussion:  Pigskin Fall Ball- Bids sales, Number of Bids sold?  Purchased requested Snacks, Famous Amos Cookies, Gold Fish Crackers, and small water Iwill need help setting up Friday, unloading the van, and putting table cloths on the Bistro tables (12) Volunteers are needed AT: (8) @Coat Check, (2) @Snack table, (4) @Dance Floor, (4) @Check-In Table Student Info Sheet and (2)@Security Wanding, and (2)@Purse Check at entrance= 22 Bids Sales, Cashier Box Office hours, tickets at the door the night of event until 9 pm  Go over' Volunteer List and where they are to be placed to work  Volunteers will be needed.. @ Least Are more volunteers needed?
