Handouts  10 oft the 25 trees planted as ofthe date ofthis meeting have been sold -1 there are 151 remaining. The cost oft the plague is $45 (originally estimated to be $35, so $55 per tree will be donated to  Pauline Morris will have 200 copies ofthe Sunshine Email and Committee Volunteer flyer. Once the pages are split, that will be 400 in total. A: supply will be dropped offa Village Hall on. June  19th and the balance will be used during the Anniversary celebration.  b. 2023-241 Budget = funding request //status Village Council approved request for $1,000. Communications Committee Vice Chair pressing working demands. Duration is to be determined. Chris McBride was unanimously appointed as the new Vice Chairperson.  We will continue to table the request for Livestream equipment and access to al later date.
